“Will not be a returning costumer. Sadly, I have to report that I was not happy with the service or the quality of the flowers. I have used this florist several times and I have noticed that the quality has slowly slipped with each order, which does not encourage a developing relationship with the customer. My initial online floral delivery was amazing, the second not as good and a little disappointing and the third, well I should have gone to M+S. Their handheld Spring bunches were far superior at a fraction of the price. This was despite trying to compensate for the poor second floral arrangement and going for the added 10 flowers in my third order. In addition, it was a birthday present, which was clearly indicated in the order. I have no idea why, but the company 'phoned the recipient and totally spoiled the surprise. Most disappointing.”

“She was in tears when she saw them! From joy I might add! Exact colours of tulips in our garden, but as our aged aunt lives in northern Ireland, these were a perfect gift.”
