“I have signed up for the 3 months supply of flowers on a subscription. I had used this subscription as a gift for a friend last year, and the flowers were amazing. She had sent me photos. Our subscription was less than impressive for £26 a bunch, but I understand that during this time you must be struggling with getting flowers from abroad. My first of 3 bunches has now been discarded and I hope that next month when the restrictions have been lifted a small bit that it will be better. I also sent a birthday bunch to my mother in law this week and she was delighted, but I have not seen the flowers. This will not affect how I purchase through your website in the future, as I totally understand the pressures we are all under due to Covid 19. I'm just letting you know, as I keep getting these, how have we done emails from you.”
