“I sent the flowers to my sister-in-law for her birthday and she loved them. Fortunately, I had chosen the colours and flowers that she likes best. They lasted for over a week and only wilted during the very hot days we had in June. I had missed the small print and thought that the flowers would arrive in a jug as advertised. This was very disappointing and I felt that when you take into account the delivery charge and the cost of a birthday card to accompany the flowers, they were rather expensive. Such a shame as the flowers were so lovely.”
