“I ordered online as I'm living outside of the U.K. The process of ordering n samples helped much. I was concerned if the flowers would reach on time and at the time my friend would be home. Well the everything turn out well:) she got her flowers all beautifully packed in a box! Thank you!!”

“I ordered this bouquet with a vase for my friend's bday. The vase came broken, so she called back and they said they would send a new vase the next day. Not only did she get a new vase, but they included an extra, even bigger and slightly different bouquet. She was delighted. I would suggest better packaging, but other than that, super satisfied with service, delivery and product.”

“I was a bit disappointed as the flowers were quite small compared to how they looked on line - I intentionally ordered the bigger size and paid more as I thought they would be larger in size. The quality of the flowers was very good and still some buds but I thought they could have been in water to keep them alive for longer during the delivery process. Overall though I would still use your service and the packaging etc is lovely.”
