“HAD A MAJOR HICCUP WITH THIS ORDER INITIALLY AS THE BOUQUET AND CHOCOLATES DID NOT ARRIVE AS PER THE TRACKING. I CONTACTED APPLEYARD WHEN I FOUND THIS OUT. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE RESPONSE - WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME - OFFERING APOLOGIES AND UPGRADING THE BOUQUET THAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED AND DELIVERED THE VERY NEXT DAY. VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE AFTER A VERY DISAPPOINTING FIRST EXPERIENCE. I WILL USE APPLEYARD AGAIN.”
