“The flowers were very well packed and delivered in good time and excellent condition. More importantly, they were very much appreciated by my wife. Just one question: should I have typed the greeting in larger type, as the short greeting looked almost lost on the surface of your small card? Anyway, Appleyard proved a great success and I am sure I will use its services again.”
