“The flowers began to wilt & then die within the 7 day guaranteed period. Yes, they were in clean water. Yes, the additive was added to the water. No, they were not placed in a 'hot place'. Most disappointed.”

“The flowers were beautiful - good quality and lovely arrangement. My wife, for whom they were a gift, loved them. Appearance exactly the same as shown on the website - well done Appleyard. Also well packed and delivered at the correct time. Very satisfied customers!”
