“Actual bouquet doesn't reflect the picture. Really ought to show the bouquet size and look at both pricd points. Day one and the red roses are drooping, despite following the advice on the website. Flowers arrived with the packaging extremely damaged and flowers worse for wear. First time ordering from this company and not impressed at all.”
