“Always flawless, no queues, car is always ready. Once I even got my flight details wrong and booked in on the wrong day, and it was really easily fixed at reception on arrival.”
“The booking process was as straight forward as it always is and the drop off easy despite it being quite busy. When we returned home it was fairly late and we were the only passengers. The driver didn’t offer to help with our cases (we are both in our 70s) then decided to take the scenic route back to APH. We hurtled through country lanes and eventually approached APH from the opposite direction to normal. It felt as though it took at least twice as long as usual and was scary the speed we were going at. When we finally got there we asked the driver if the motorway was closed but he said no, he thought it might be busy so came the other way. At nearly midnight there was not a lot of traffic. When I went to get my key I mentioned that we’d been taken on a magical mystery tour but the guy who served me wasn’t interested and by then I just wanted to get home.
We have been using APH for many years and this was an isolated incident but one we were not at all happy about.”
