“Have used APH bedore and have been very pleased with the service. The staff, efficiency and comms has been great. This time our car was returned with a flat tyre - this has clearly been knocked against a curb or was deflated (it pumped up and has not gone down since). I also expect it was driven on a flat - very disappointing. Not sure if I will use APH again.”

“Always use APH and always brilliant. On this occasion they were even better. My husband was not well on the plane and Gatwick staff got us to the APH bus. The APH bus driver rang ahead and asked for our car to be put near reception which they did. A member of your staff saw we were struggling and offered to put our cases in the boot. Thank you so much for your care and help it made such a difference.”
