I contacted the recaption at APH and they were so helpful. They went straight to my car whilst I was on the phone and the arranged for it to go on the next bus. 10 minutes later I received my purse. Even at 330 in the morning the buses were frequent.”

“Always happy apart from the last time. We had a foreign driver who never got off his seat to help with the luggage. He actually watched the elderly struggling with their suitcases. The only time he got off his seat was to have a smoke in the North terminal. Electric smoke. It was disgusting.”
