Once there the staff were very friendly and helpful with the process.
Bus drivers were very good. There was a regular bus for getting to the airport and back to the carpark. This was very needed after a long plane journey.”

“On arrival at Gatwick the lady working asked me what time my flight arrived back in the uk at. I told her it arrived at 9:30 am if on time. My Car parking was booked through until 12 but she insisted on changing the details to the flight arrival time. On my return at around 11 am I was charged an extra £10 for being late…. I paid this amount as had just spent 15 hrs travelling and just needed to get home. It was only on reflection that I felt as though I had been duped out of the extra £10’charge”
