“Easy to find, well signposted. Very efficient in every aspect regarding clear instructions, both on the website and in person. Reception was friendly and we stepped straight onto a waiting bus. I had thought it would be a nuisance to have to hand keys in at reception but I’d do it again any time. I didn’t have to worry about finding the airport car park at Gatwick itself which would be more complicated for me. The journey was about twelve minutes. I really recommend APH”
