“When you are waiting to go to the terminals, you go to the South then the North to pick up any passengers which causes hassle because people are standing in the aisles with there luggage, when your trying to get off and vice a versa when you have landed back in the UK. This takes too long to get on with the rest of your journey home, especially when you come back into the UK. More buses required to go separately to both terminals.”
