“Easy to find and quick check in . Bus waiting to take us to the air terminal, although the driver did not stop at the north terminal where we were to get off, then went to the south and back to the north.
Have used APH for a long time now, we feel the car is safe to be left.”
“Car booked in for 8 days and after waiting 12 hours at Gatwick with Easy jet cancelling our flight 3 times we gave up and got a taxi home as we had been drinking and would not drive. Car collected next day and asked for a refund which was refused. We were offered future parking but less admin fee of £10. After spending £200 on cab fares we were not happy.
