“Only a short bus journey from APH parking to the Gatwick Airport terminals. Informed of time to departure of next bus on arrival. Clean customer toilets at the parking office. All staff always very friendly and helpful. Drivers provide clear detail of where to wait for the bus on return. I liked the fact that I could send a text message to the parking office on landing. Whilst the staff are always helpful on this occasion I was on crutches. I was given help with my luggage from my car to the office and onto the bus on the outbound and the same help provided on my return. On the outbound the driver even helped me to get my luggage onto a trolley. On my return the driver got my luggage off the bus and found someone to help me get it into my car. I cant thank them all enough for all the assistance I was given. Highly recommended for the service provided.”
“Everything went very well as usual. One suggestion is that you tell clients to be sure to go to the lowest level floor to catch the coach back to APH when they return to Gatwick. We were just reminded that it was stop number 7 and together with others went to the upper floor and naturally were unable to locate the stop.”

Alrhoughbitbis off site there is a bus service provided by APH running approximately every 15 minutes which takes a few minutes to reach the north or south terminals at Gatwick. Pick up on return are approximately the same periods.
