“Was very straight forward and easy to use.
You drive in and its recognise your number plate, You park in the bay by reception, go to reception, hand in your keys and someone takes your car and park it up in the carpark, the office give you a code for when you arrive back to london from your holiday, you text them when you arrive back with the code they gave to you, you get on the bus and the paperwork they gave you lists the bus stop number to go to. Once you arrive back to the office you give the staff your code and they give you your keys and let you know where your car is parked.
Not much walking to locate your car.
Once you leave you tap in the code the office gave to you once you receive back your keys to exit the car park. Very simple. Any problems you can get assistance straight away.
