“So very easy to use, on our return the bus was full up so I thought getting the keys would take a long time but the process was quick and we were out within 6 minutes of arriving back on the bus. The staff are friendly and explain everything fully. I would definitely use them again.”

Not that we need any help with the luggage, but did notice the drivers on both journeys didn't help at all with anyones luggage.
But what would be the best change you could do is to have separate transport to each terminal.
