Only 1 issue i encountered was the customer service are not open on weekends, i had the super flexi booking but the website wouldnt allow a vehicle change and CS were closed all weekend... luckily pressing the option to speak to the carpark directly (Car already parked option) the lady changed the details for me with no issues.”
