“Truly professional service throughout from initial booking to collecting car on return from holiday and the best experience I have had for off airport parking. The price was most competitive among known companies offering parking at Gatwick. The location is very convenient and I felt my car was most secured. Thier communication was clear. Office staff and bus drivers been very polite and friendly. Transfer to and from airport was swift with no wait time.
My only suggestion for them is to provide trolleys to move luggage between car dropoff/collection and office/bus point as it can be difficult to drag on tarmac when travelling alone with bit of luggage.
Overall best service I have had and would use APH again. Highly recommend.”
