“This service had been recommended to us, so we paid extra for our trip in Oct but would not waste our money again.
We called the no' 10 minutes before getting to the airport and was told someone would be there to meet us, after waiting at the airport for a further 12 minutes we called again to be told someone would be there as soon as possible, after another 10 minutes I got out of the car to see if I could see anyone. I saw a man standing a long way down the waiting area and walked down to ask if he was waiting for us? He wasn't! He asked if we were (gave us a name) - no, he gave us another name and no that wasn't us either. So I asked if he could take our car as we had been waiting well over 25 minutes by now. He agreed but wasn't very happy to do so.
On our return we did the same - called after collecting our luggage to be told it would be a 10-minute wait - as we'd been told by friends they would be there waiting for us we didn't have coats with us, so we were left standing getting colder & colder for nearly 20 minutes before they eventually turned up, some 30 minutes after we had called.
Very disappointed - a waste of the additional cost to use this service.”
“When we returned the guy parked our car on the road and we nearly got a £100 fine! We had to explain it wasn't us as the guy by this time had disappeared and just left us we didn't even have a chance to check the car. Then on top after paying a high price to use this service we had to pay £7 to exit the airport.Will not recommend and will not use this again. Very Poor!”
