“While drop off was a breeze, collection of my vehicle was a horrible and really disappointing experience. I was told to wait in zone C and I did wait longer than anticipated. Picking up up my car form a car would have been faster. On top of that when I finally found my car it had engine and coolant dashboard indicators flashing red! And the person who person dropped my car did not even bother to let me know there was an issue. Luckily I had coolant bottle stored in my boot, so I was able to resolve the issue and also i quickly realised they bumped up heating im my car to max which probably was the reason why the the car almost boiled and the smell in under thr bonet and sound of the engine was terrible. On top of that I ended up payi g more money on the gate to get out from the airport! i will be contacting them today via an email to complain and request a refund and compensation for stress and lost time”
