“Only issue we had was that the carrier did not recognise our number plate on entry to car park, however, the intercom was answered quickly and we were directed to a specific car park, this in term made it easier to locate a space. Buses were frequent to and from terminal, transfer took about 15 minutes, and signage and announcements very clear. Just make sure you take note of the car park letters/numbers where you’ve parked (take a photo on your phone) because after a relaxing holiday you can easily forget where you left your car!”
“I used the stansted long stay car park, and I wasn't impressed. At arrival the signs send us to the yellow area for free space, which I spent about 10 minutes looking for one!! The spaces are barely big enough to fit a car! Would definitely avoid if you have a big expensive car. The shuttle bus left as we were arriving to the bus stop, brilliant customer service!! At the bus stop the help point was ringing, which was annoying and was still ringing when we came back a week later. On return the queue for the bus was long but we managed to squeeze in but wasn't a pleasant experience. They definitely need more buses and a better organization, will use Aph own car park next time!”
