“I think the instructions on the website need to be a bit more clear. When we arrived we were unsure where to actually park our car and we drove around the yellow zone 3 times trying to find the entrance to it and figure out if we could actually park there. In the end we went to the blue zone, F.
On our return we were unsure what bus stop we had to go to. There were no signs and the website instructions just told us to get on the bus. Lucky for us the bus driver got off the bus and started calling out long stay car park. There must have been other people who were also unsure as people only started moving to the bus once the driver had said what car park he was going to. Another issue we had was how many people were packed on the bus when we returned. We could not move and the driver kept telling people to get on. There was no room to move and the doors ended up closing on this poor man who did say it hurt. It's advertised that buses run every 15 minutes so I don't understand why we all had to cram onto this 1 bus. I would have happily waited the 15 minutes if it meant I could actually have some room on the bus.”
“Bus driver was stuck at gate for 10 minutes. The barrier didn’t open and he didn’t know the code . That time stuck on bus made the start of our holiday stressful. We got to stop at 6 am but after delays with him picking us up and drive there and delay at barrier it took nearly a hour in total by time we were dropped off”
“I've had no issues with this car park. Plenty of parking and easy to find. I've chosen this car park instead of a bit cheaper jetparks car park because the transfer shuttle bus works 24/7 and the other has a break at night for a few hour and I was fighting back at night.”
