“We waited 25 mins for a bus at arrivals well over the advertised 15 mins. As a result the queue was huge. The driver opened all doors and as a result rhere was free for all to board. I am over 80 and found the whole experience allarming.”
“Worked just fine. I did find that the signage wasn’t obvious as there where you can park and where not to park. Parked up initially and the bus stop was closed so packed car again and had to move. It is advertised as a 10 minute bus ride which it was but waited for half an hour for it to arrive. All that being said, it dropped us right at the door and we were in and on holiday. Let’s say it was an adventure to start the holiday”
“Taking car to long stay park easy access & going to airport relatively good except for having to run to catch bus as it would have been cold waiting for another 15mins.
Leaving airport caused aggravation amongst passengers as Jet 2 pick up too close to Long stay car park queue making this confusing.”
