“Booking parking in Stanstead Long Stay car park was simple and very reasonable. On arrival and on departing our car was picked up by APNR process and the barriers opened. Transfer to the main terminal was smooth and efficient and the longest we waited (on our return) for the transfer coach was 13 minutes. Very pleased.”
“Good overall experience. Secure car park, short waits for bus shuttles to/from terminals, good signage in car parks and on bus to let you know where to get off.
Even better if you could phone to change booking details. I had a last minute car change due to a flat tyre and couldn’t phone ahead to make the amendment. Email didn’t get looked at until after I’d arrived. Customer service to amend booking at the barrier very good.”
“Car park fine but the bus service was less good. Our bus was completely full but the driver waited 10 more mins with yet more people pushing on before driving to the airport. It was just like a london tube at rush hour although this one was going fast round sharp bends with people falling over into me. Quite a long drive to the airport also. A very stressful start to our holiday. They obviously need more buses more often. The return bus ride in the middle of the night also filled up but thankfully there was another empty bus behind. The driver went a bit past our stop as the bell button did not work first time. Luton long stay always seems a much less stressful option!”
