“The bus from the terminal was stated every 15 mins 24 hours a day. My kids and I arrived around 00:00 at the bus stop and waited 50 mins for a bus. Completely unacceptable and I will not be using this car park again.”
“All went very smoothly, as usual, until we arrived back at Stansted after our holiday. There was a huge queue waiting for the courtesy coach to take us back to the car park. We waited about 45 minutes and many had been there longer. People were getting very angry and fractious. There was probably some problem but nobody let us know anything and there was no-one to contact to find out what was happening. After a wonderful holiday and a long day travelling, this did not go down very well!”
“East on arrival at 3am although when returning at 3:30pm absolute carnage. Had to wait almost an hour for the bus to arrive and during this time the orderly queue which had been waiting patiently become a mass of people who decided queuing wasn’t for them. No way to contact carpark to see what was going on and no one at airport to help. First and last time I will use this service.”
