“worked well, the only issue was that I did not know if I had parked in the correct park, arrived, the barrier did not go up, reversed back and then saw a ticket which I took, the barrier then went up and I parked, this nagged at me for my entire holiday not being sure that when I went back to collect my car that I would not be presented with another Bill for a stay in an alternate car park, as it happens it all turned out OK but it would have been nice to have known I was in the right place. Like welcome REG you were expected.”
“The whole process went well APART FROM THE DIRECTIONS LEAVING M11 WHEN TRAVELLING SOUTH. INSTRUCTIONS SAID TO EXIT AT JTN 8a. There isn’t one! YOU SHOULD EXIT AT JTN 8! I wasted precious time and petrol as a result. PLEASE UPDATE ASAP”
“Everything is as you would expect from an airport car park. The bus service was good too.
My only uncertainty was on arrival I wasn’t sure which of the many car park areas I should or shouldn’t park in. Perhaps state that is okay to park in any available car park on arrival?”
