“Don't get the colours round the car parks ONLY need letters a bit confusing, had to walk back to our car air parks because of colours, should A to Z simple,”
“We landed back at stansted at 2am, and by the time we were able to collect our luggage and leave the airport to queue for the bus to the long stay car park, the queue was already half the length of the terminal.
The buses did not come every 15 minutes, and after over an hour wait in the cold, we still had at least 3 buses worth of people queuing in front of us so decided to book an Uber instead to get us to the car park . This obviously cost us (£40!) and when we got to the car park the Uber driver was not allowed through the barrier to drop us to our actual car. When he pressed the button on the barrier the women that answered was extremely rude and refused to let him through to simply drop us at our car. I explained to the woman that I was 6 months pregnant to which she very rudely responded ‘should you be flying at 6 months pregnant!?’ And then hung up. As a result we had to walk with our suitcases in the cold and dark to find our car from the barrier.
We eventually got home at 5:30am (after landing at 2am), we live 30 minutes from stansted and I will NEVER use this car park or service again.”
