“Great service indeed from booking online to parking your car.The only problem the time we travelled it appears most of the bus stops had red signs to say they were nor in use.We changed zones and the bus stop we eventually used had the same sign and a bus stopped there.This was a bit weird in terms of sign posting.Other than this I love the service I will use it again and highly recommend.”

I arrived at car park 'C' and waited at the bus stop around 3.30 am.
The first help bus to arrive sailed past and said 'full'.
The next did stop, but was so full that only a few people managed to get on. We allowed a family with small children to squeeze on. I tried the help phone at the bus stop to no avail. I then walked to the next bus stop, also marked 'C' and caught the next bus. I had been at the car park for more than one hour. Your website states that buses are every 20 mins, so on booking I was led to believe that I would wait no more than 20 minutes for a transfer bus. Luckily I had arrived very early or i could have missed my flight.
On the return there was a massive queue for a bus to the car parks. Again I could not get on the first bus an had to wait more than 20 minutes.
You have too few buses/drivers. Buses may be every 20 minutes, but there are not enough buses to fulfill your claim that passengers will wait a maximum of 20 minutes for a bus. The transfer time between the car park and terminal is not 20 minutes. How do you justify this level of performance?”
“Terrible service. We had to wait over 45 minutes in a huge rugby scrum of a queue. When the bus finally arrived it was not signed clearly and the rush to get on was ridiculous, esp for children caught up in it. No announcements, no queue control nothing.”
