“The parking was good. Lots of spaces that were clearly signed and a short wait for the bus to the airport.
Unfortunately, we had to wait around 45 minutes for a bus on arrival. The bus was extremely full when it finally arrived and made it hard to exit the stops around the car park. This was particularly uncomfortable for the kids”
“Very poor communication on drop off back to car. Misunderstood where to get off. Then abandoned by the bus driver in the wrong car park a mile away from our car and told to walk back???? No footpaths to walk on poor lighting and extremely dangerous.”
“Generally a good customer experience, although took a while to get a bus to the airport and bus was packed as lead-up to half term. Coming back much better and driver communicated superbly ensuring everyone got off at the right stop.”
“No APH signage at entrance to carparks. Number plate was not recognised resulting in numerous conversations with person responding to help button. Upon return to UK joined queue of 200+ passengers all waiting for bus to long term. 30 minute plus wait with numerous passengers jumping the queue. Should have been APH rep dealing with this. Long conversation with person answering help button on exit who could not find my booking. I paid more than your competitors and booked with APH to avoid amateurish and disorganised situations such as this. Not impressed!”
