“Our flight was delayed by 24 hours, therefore I was late removing my car from the long stay car park. I was hit with a £30 penalty. I had only paid £59.99 for eight days parking. The penalty was excessive, considering no costs had been incurred by the parking company. It's a rip off. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.”
“Flight was cancelled by Ryanair on the day of flight due to adverse weather conditions, I contacted APH immediately to inform them that I wasn’t arriving and asked for a refund or voucher and was told that I didn’t give them 48 hours notice I wasn’t entitled to a refund or voucher (for future parking? Very disappointed with the service and have to seriously think about using APH again.”
