Easy to find & to enter & exit the car park with the vehicle registration number recognition, so no queuing or wasted time.
It’s a bit tricky remembering your exact place in the car park upon return so numbered bays would be useful.

“Dreadful service, we had to wait over an hour for our bus to arrive, the first bus drove straight past us as did the second and stopped at a different stop. I ran to the second stop but saw there was probably 3 bus loads of people waiting. There were people in tears and many had to call a taxi to get them to the terminal. Flights would have been missed that day. Totally unacceptable”
“very good but only problem was my husband had an accident whilst away so was in a wheelchair and when the bus arrived to take us back to the carpark it didnt have a ramp so we had to leave the wheelchair at the terminal and had to help him get on and off the bus, luckily we were parked right by the stop otherwise it would have been very awkward, so I suggest more care is taken for wheelchair users.”
