“After arriving back at stanstead after a 2 hour delay on our flight we were given the wrong information twice to what car park we were parked in,first we were told we were in short stay, then the second time were told mid stay, after being the last on the shuttle bus we were then I formed we were in the long stay this all told took about an hour to eventually find our car after 2 trips from the terminal.when we arrived to park the car so many zones were closed off no information said you could park anywhere and why when you went through the barrier did a machine not give you a ticket so at least you know what stay car park you left your car in this would have avoided all the confusion and not led to such a waste of our time”

Arrivals was a different story
We arrived at bus stop approx 2.15am on 19th Sept Waited for bus to arrive. Asked if this stopped at N6 to witch the driver said he didn't know !!
A fellow passenger confirmed yes.
After being on bus for a while the bus driver said N6 stop then proceeded to carry on, not giving us a chance to press button. He then stopped and expected us to get off in bushes. He then reversed up and we got off but we couldn't move until he drove off as the dangerous way he had stopped. I have emailed into complaints but as yet I have not reached a response!”
“I thought the parking was great. Didnt wait long for buses and just 10 mins to terminal.
Was slightly confused when parking because it wasnt clear if i needed to park in a specific zone. Just follow the spaces sign and remember where you parked!”
