“All good and efficient service however one improvement could be the return journey sign post says long stay and jet park bus stop however we got stuck as most people infront of us was for long stay and we couldnt get to our bus for jet parks in the end had to wait for another bus to come”
“I can't rate Jet Parks any more than 1 star, and I couldn't possibly recommend Jet Parks to anyone else, basically because of the insane and obscene cost. It's like a license to print money and no way can the price be justified. They know that people can't rely on public transport in this country (strikes, maintenance, motorway delays etc,) so have got their customers 'over a barrel'.”
“We had a few issues getting into the car park, I think the barrier cameras weren't working and it took ages for anyone to answer the assistance button bit once we were in it was fine. Our flight was delayed on the way home so we were all tired and grumpy. The bus driver went past our stop even though we pressed the bell but on seeing we had an exhausted 5 year old at 3am he kindly drove us back round to our stop which he was not obliged to do and was very kind of him we were so greatful after a long day. Overall I would say its OK, reasonably priced, but for me personally I learnt that I will probably use meet and greet if we have a late flight next time as the bus journey was a bit much for our son. A few hiccups but this was outweighed by the kindness of the driver.”
“Well signposted and easy to find. Was very busy and took us a little whole to find a space to park. Plenty of bus stops and the trip to and from the airport was easy.”
