“Totally disappointed with the JetParks. Our holidays were canceled by the airline. It's not our fault you should have given us a refund for the parking which we didn't use. You need to judge each case separately. It's not good to just say it's our policy. The airline canceled our holidays when we reached the airport was already upsetting as one looks forward to time away with kids. We lost out on everything. This is not a good service. If I can help it I will not be using your services anymore. Unfortunately, as everyone needs parking this review will not be taken seriously.”
“Great car drop off and bus transfer to airport. However not so on return. Unadequate and non existing signage to say pick up moved to coach park. Incredibly long wait 45mins to get a transfer to the car park. Shambles very disgruntled.”
“Really impressed with how smooth and easy it was parking with Jet Parks. Very quick transfer to and from the airport and we didn't have to wait at all for either journey.”
“On arrival, the incompetent staff member on the barrier intercom informed us he could not find our booking despite us giving him our car registration and booking reference. He then went on to say we may be charged £40 a day if we decided to park there (we had booked parking for 2 weeks). He appeared to be doing the same thing with other drivers, causing a tail-back, delays and some drivers were just turning around and driving away. This delayed our arrival to the airport and we only just made it onto our flight! Awful and stressful start to our holiday.
I emailed APH whilst on holiday to be told our details were with JetParks already but they have resent it anyway.
On our return to Stansted, the bus stop location had changed and was not well signposted. There were also long queues with not enough buses for all of the people waiting in the 28 degrees heat. They know our flight numbers and how many people to expect so there is no excuse.
Suffice to say, we will not be booking with JetParks again!”
“Dropping off was well organised but on my return went as told to right bus stop only to be told 10mins later now had to go over to coach park no signage up at bus stop to tell you this.”
