“All very smooth upon arrival. A bus was already available to transport us to the terminal, which was very impressive. Good signage on the bus stops to know where to return to. However the bus ride on the way back to the car park was a little confusing, and bus stops seemed to be missed from the route, as there were several families still on the bus as we left, even though the bus driver announced our stop as the final stop. Perhaps just make sure you are 100% certain that you know your stop number. Overall our experience was very good, and we would certainly use again.”

“Had a bit of a stressful return as the coaches were picking up from a different pick up point but apart from that, all run smoothly. Drop off was easy. Collecting the car, we were later than planned but weren't charged. That was really good as it really worried me. This is the 2nd time I have used Jet Parks and I will continue to do so”

Came back, a bit of confusion where one should go to get the bus back to the car park, but the ladies of the ground staff sorted it all out with flair and precision. Go on the bus, whisked back to my car after a scenic ride around the car park.
