“The parking was fine to get in and get out off the car park But waiting at the terminal for a bus was not good you say the buses come every 15 mins But WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 25 MINS FOR ONE to take us back to the car park . All so the driver on the bus was not very helpful and did seem the have a attitude problem and at the terminal because nothing to say what was the front of the queue so people were trying to ruch to get on so more buses would be better”
“Easy access with lots is spaces, bus stops were covered and lots of them about! When we came home it was 2am and had to wait 40 minutes between buses which is not pleasant with children and everyone tired!”
“After reading some of the negative reviews I was not looking forward to using JetParks. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the service and would definitely use them again. We arrived at the car park at around 2am, but the buses were still frequently pulling into the car park so we didn’t have to wait. The car park is huge so make a note of what bus stop you get on at as you’ll need to get off at the same one.
The queue for the bus on our return to Stanstead was massive so we didn’t manage to get on the first bus, but a second bus arrived within 10 minutes so we got on that one. A bit long winded getting back to the JetParks car park as it stops at various stops at the long stay car park first.
All in all…a fairy pleasant experience!”
