“Booked online for a short break away. All worked incredibly smoothly and the instructions received were clear and correct. I dropped one star because on our return there was only one sign for car park buses. We walked in the direction shown and was expecting to find a marked bus stop. There isn't one. You have to walk to the end of the pavement and just stand anywhere until a bus comes. We were there in the middle of the night in the dark with my elderly mother in a wheelchair and all of our luggage, ending up walking the length of Stansted twice before eventually flagging down another bus and asking the driver where we should stand. The bus finally came and all was good after that. A suggestion would be that on the return bus, the display on there should show all of the stops that will be visited. Not just the next one. This would be more reassuring to passengers.”
“No stress airport parking experience! Prebook online, drive up to the barrier to enter and again to exit. Buses to and from the airport came in good time so transfers were smooth too. I even booked online a couple of weeks before but realised I probably hadn’t given myself enough time but was able to easily adjust my arrival time online the day before my flight. 10/10 would recommend.”
