“The lady when we left was very rude, told us in future put your reg number in when booking, unfortunately my car is changed every six months so this is a little hard. When we checked in the man said this would be fine and he would put a note on the system. Other than that it all went well. If I had done this review on the day I got home I would have given you less because of the rude lady”

Jetparks buses always seem more regular than the other Stansted long stay option for some reason.”
“Straightforward entry and parking - bus was actually at the pick up stop so quick journey to terminal. On return we had just missed one so waited about 15 minutes but delivered quickly to our parking location and easy egress.”
“Going out was easy but coming back was awful...the signage was dreadful not a clue of where we have to catch the bus back to the car parks. Not happy at all.”
