“Nothing wrong with JetParks but won’t book through APH again. The barrier did not read our registration because it wasn’t on our booking. Despite adding it at time of booking several months before. No option of adding our registration onto the booking via the internet. We tried to get this done via the WhatsApp customer service team however they didn’t reply as promised. Jet parks acted in good faith and raised the barrier to let us in but not before sending us to APH car park- who couldn’t help. Very stressful and could have cost us our flight. Would recommend Jet Parks but don’t book via APH.”
