“Great prices if booked in advanced, easy to find and lots of spaces, regular buses both to and from the airport.
I had to change my number plate due to car issues inbetween booking and going, which was free and easy to do.
Would definitely use again”
“Buses run through the night every 15 mins which is good because we were delayed and didn’t arrive until 2am much later than expected. Fairly simple. Wasn’t sure where/which zone to park in so just parked anywhere but that seems to be ok. It’s a bit confusing knowing where to get off as my stop was 5 but it said 25 on screen and when I asked driver to be sure he said, yeah they’re the same. But confusing”
“Parking was easy and shuttles were quick however on my way out early, hours in the morning, I made a mistake with the booking and had to pay more as I put the wrong date, instead of explain this the telecom worker was being very sarcastic and had a bad attitude, I had to pay this extra money which was my fault but what didn’t help was the assistance voice worker being rude and not helpful at all”
“It was good overall, the only issue was that I had booked for 2:00 am but entered at 9:00 am, and the machine didn’t recognise my number plate.The staff was helpful though.”
“The car park was easy to find and follow which zone to park in. Bus was already waiting when we arrived, smooth transition to airport and only a small wait on the way back. Would highly recommend”
“All went smoothly, good price. Do have to ensure you get on the Jet parks long stay shuttle bus outside terminal as not all long stay shuttle buses do the Jet parks drop off locations.”
