“The main entrance to the Car park was very easy to find but once you pass the barrier I had no idea where to park. The confirmation email simply stated to find a space and park in it so I parked in zone R and waited for the shuttle bus to collect my wife and I. 2 buses went passed the driver of the third bus stopped to tell me and a few others that were also waiting that we won't get collected here and you need to park in zone W and wait at that bus stop.”
“Jet parks was ok but not fantastic we had a long wait for the bus on the way back and when it was our stop the driver didn’t make it clear that the next stop was R & P therefore by the time we knew we had past the stop so the driver just stopped and opened the doors we had to get out into the bushes !!!”
“Arrival was easy, number plate recognition, park take note of your section number and letter then find the nearest shuttle bus stop. On the way back the driver called out something different, sometimes a numbers other times letters. When approached by confused passengers he was VERY unhelpful and rude which left people wonder the dark roads looking for their parking section.”
