“Absolutely awful journey heading towards Stansted - firstly we waited nearly an hour for the bus to take us to the airport - all the buses kept going by, shrugging their shoulders and I had to physically shout at one to stop - he duly informed me that the bus didn't stop at number 25 ( I think it was area R, can't remember now) we ended up calling the operator who confirmed this was correct so we had to trapse to bus stop 23 I think it was. Returning back to the U.K. was even worse - 15 minutes is not enough, more buses needed and then we stepped on like a herd, in fact it was worse than the underground - the driver seemed humpy, swinging us all over the place and we had to stand due to limited availability of seats and the fact that no-one would offer their seat either - it was a long drive for me and I'm quite fragile. Think I am going to opt going to either Gatwick or Heathrow as I've used Jet2 a couple of times and honestly dread this part of the holiday - sorry but personally I wouldn't recommend parking with you guys - it's just awful”
