“We found it really easy to park at JetParks Stansted. The instructions to access the car park were clear and the signage to the parking zone was easy to follow. We didn’t have to wait long for a bus to take us to the terminal or come back to the car park afterwards. JetParks was a really convenient way to park and good value for money, we’d definitely recommend it and use again.”
“Whatever you do don't use APH airport parking and hotels. They are just a cream off middleman that are uncontactable even during office hours (number supplied just a recorded message saying phone not available) and just use an Ai chatbot to pretend a human on WhatsApp chat, offering 180 degree opposite facts and reassurance than is reality. Which days later is contradicted by a Human. So
either the Ai is lying or Rob from customer services is lying and just palming you off. Either way just skip APH and go straight to Jetparks if you must. Just be aware that the help button in the bus stops are not answered despite walking to 2 different ones. They just ring endlessly. So worth knowing if a solo female traveller is planning on using Jetparks”
