“Easy to find. Easy to park. Convent. We even had an issue where our child had to get off the bus. The bus driver came back and picked my partner and son. Super kind.”
“I paid APH to park for 9 days at Stansted Jetparks, but my return flight was cancelled due to French air traffic control strike. After spending £120 on a ferry and train to get back to stansted, I was 24 hours late.
APH didn't want to know, stating that I had to deal directly with the Jetparks operator.
So when I returned and was at the car park exit barrier, I inserted my ticket and the screen said I needed to pay an extra £21.50. But the pin pad on the barrier card machine was unlit (I couldn't use contactless as I'd used my card a bit on the journey), so I had to get my phone torch in order to type my pin - it was 11pm and pouring with rain too!
Rubbish service and I won't use APH again, Holiday Extras for me every time now”
“Upon return dropoff was chaotic. Got to my dropoff and rang bell on bus twice. No stop or bell not working. Driver gave me brief instructions to get to carpark which I had to walk to. Never again.”
“Service was exactly as advertised. It would be a 5* except for the fact that I think it's a bit expensive.
We found JetParks easily off the M11 using the directions provided in the covering email. Drove up to the barrier and it opened automatically. Clear signage on where to go to park and straight onto a waiting bus. Bus got busy with other passengers and luggage as we went on our way to airport but a quickish transfer and into the airport. Coming back pretty much a straightforward reversal of incoming with only thing being we had to stand on a crowded bus. Overall service lived up to expectations and was just about worth the money.”
“Only issue I had was when we were dropped off, we rang the bell on the bus when we arrived at our drop off point we rang the bell, the driver stopped and then drove off and said he wasn't allowed to stop there and dropped us off two stops later, it was raining really heavy and we had to walk back to find our car, we were absolutely soaked. The other passengers on the bus were telling the driver we wanted to get off but he ignored them.”
