“Good communication, helpful and friendly, but on our arrival at the airport we did have to wait over 25 mins for them to collect the car, and so the extra money paid for meet and greet was wasted really as we could have parked and got transport in in that time, so I was disappointed with that hence only giving 4 stars rather than 5. We were delayed on our return home and they held onto car for an extra day with no drama and only an additional £10 charge and still met us on our arrival.”

My only issue was on our return the car was dropped back to us we had to exit to drop off point and was charged another 7 pounds to exit.
After paying over 100 pounds I would expect this to be included .
Or even to be told so I could have payment ready.”
“First time using APH , fantastic service with clear instructions on where to meet etc... . Collection time was less than 8 minutes wait which was excellent considering how busy Stanstead was at the time.
