“Highly recommend - very professional and reasonable cost. When I dropped off the car the driver was there waiting for me. He said to only phone for a pickup once I had actually passed customs, as there was only 10 mins grace period at the meet and greet area. I'm glad he told me, as when I phoned to collect the car I was told it would be outside in 5-7 minutes and it did actually arrive within 5 minutes. Amazed, as I usually have to hang around for longer than they say! Could not fault the service.”

“The service was excellent and I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the parking fine that dropped through my door at the end of December. Basically the fee includes the drop off entry fee but not the pick up entry fee. This needs to be paid by you. It is in the info but not very visible. I also think the guy who dropped off my car may have said something but I was in a hurry. Can I suggest that the easiest customer service action to take and to move this to 5 stars is include in this what do you think of APH review email a reminder to pay the exit fees. It could be in bold or even part of the email title.”
