“Was told that they didn’t have any drivers as we were early (20 mins) on arrival. On return it was the same thing even though we were bang on time for the time we had put. We had to wait for over 25 minutes to get our car.”

“Generally very good. Collection and drop off team were great. My only peice of feedback would be, for the premium we pay for this I would have expected the £7 exit fee from the drop off area to be included and you provide a ticket to exit. To pay the premium for meet and greet and then have to pay a further £7 just to get out of the airport wasnt great - more to the point, the machines up there are slow and poor, sometimes taking ages to read cards etc, resulting in annoyed people honking horns etc - not what you want when just back from holiday!”
“Did not know I would be at drop off or pick up point and car would be picked up by another driver. Had to wait ten minutes for the driver. Had to pay £7 to get my car out of the drop off area. Very expensive. Would not use again.”
“At first I was apprehensive after reading a few negative reviews but overall we had a very positive experience. Rang 5 minutes prior to getting to the terminal, car was quickly collected and on return we rang as soon as we had collected luggage and within 8 minutes the car was infant of us. Very polite staff and both in person and on the phone. Super easy and positive experience.”
