“All good dropping the car off but on our return we had to pay to leave the meet and greet which we were never made aware that we would have too so really not happy”
“On the way out, it was fine (5*). But, on the way home we waited 35 minutes for our car to arrive at approximately 1.50 am at Stansted. The man who gave it back was very kind and wished us a safe journey home. But as my husband and I are 72 and 69, it was a long time to be waiting in the cold. Perhaps you need a way to prioritise returns so that the most vulnerable aren’t left until last?”
